Terms and Conditions

Variations In Printing:

At Cherry Press we always try our utmost to produce accurate and consistent print. However, due to the handmade nature of letterpress, we cannot guarantee that each piece will be identical, and variations are to be expected. Therefore we do not guarantee that ink density, paper size, edges, registration or depth of impression will be identical, flawless or perfect.

Delivery:

The standard shipping charge for delivery within the UK is £20. If your order is excessively large or heavy, Cherry Press will inform you of any additional shipping charges before your order is dispatched. If your order is sent using a courier, you will be sent a Tracking Link once the courier has collected your order and a signature will be required from you as confirmation of the receipt of your order.

Final Proof & Approval:

Cherry Press take great care in producing proofs as they show the final design, layout and colours of your product. However, ultimately, the client is responsible for ensuring that all wording, dates and times are correct and will therefore be liable for any further costs relating to amendments once the proof has been agreed.

Marketing:

Cherry Press reserves the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services.

Refunds & Replacements:

If you decide to cancel your order before the final proof approval Cherry Press will retain the initial 50% deposit. However, if you decide to cancel your order after you have approved the final proof, we reserve the right to keep the full payment of your order.

After the approval of the final proof, you accept all responsibility for any errors and charges will be made for any reprint requested. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns at any time.

If, however, the error is a genuine mistake on the part of Cherry Press, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter efficiently even if a reprint is required.

Orders Via The Shop Only:

Orders placed online will be confirmed by automated email. We will contact you if your order will be delayed or cannot be fulfilled.

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
  • All images are for display purposes only.
  • Colour variations may occur depending on your monitor settings.
  • Due to the nature of letterpress printing some slight colour variations may occur.
  • All products will remain the property of Cherry Press until payment is made in full.
  • These terms and conditions apply only to orders placed on this website.

Payment & Security:

We do not store any credit card details in a database and we only use the details you provide us for the purposes set out on this website. We will not pass your details on to any other person/company unless required to do so by law.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, payments are handled offsite by our processors Paypal. Your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimise the risk of your details being accessed by an unauthorised individual as they are sent over the internet.

We reserve the right to refuse an order where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

Returns Information:

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our products except personalised and bespoke orders. We cannot exchange or accept any returned personalised or bespoke items unless they are of poor quality, damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to return any items please contact us for returns information. We do not cover any costs involved in returning goods.

Personalised Orders: Proofs:

We will email you a PDF proof of order for you to approve prior to printing. We allow for two rounds of changes or alterations. Any further requests will be charged at £20.00 per round.

We will only proceed to print your order once we have your written approval.

Personalised Orders: Proofs: Cancellation:

  • Orders cancelled before a proof has been sent will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Orders cancelled after a proof has been sent will be eligible for a 25% refund.
  • Orders cancelled after we have received proof approval will not be refunded.

If your order is below our usual high standards or we make any mistakes or errors after proof approval we will offer the option to reprint and replace your order or a offer full refund.

Complaints about personalised orders order must be reported to us in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods.
